John Newlin, Owner
CIC, CLC, CLIA, EPA Water Sense Partner
John has been in the irrigation industry for over 25 years, specializing in efficient irrigation systems. He is a trainer for JR Huston Bidding and Estimating, the chairman of the irrigation association contractor common interest group, and on the COSE government affairs council. He is also the secretary of the Ohio Irrigation Association, among many more accomplishments. John has been married for 17 years and has 2 children. His grandson is the apple of his eye, and he enjoys spending time with him doing projects.
Bryant Levis, Lawn Health Manager
Bryant holds a degrees in Turf Grass Management from The Ohio State University ATI and an Accounting degree from The University of Akron. He has over 20 years of experience maintaining fine turf in Northeast Ohio, 12 of those at area golf courses. He is a Licensed Pesticide Applicator and a Licensed Backflow Inspector. His knowledge of local turf grass needs and problems makes him a valuable asset to our team. Bryant has been married to his wife for 18 years and they have 2 children. In his spare time Bryant enjoys saltwater aquariums, watching his daughter perform in band and his son wrestle for Elyria High School
Brian Lance, Irrigation Manager
CIC, CLT, CIT, EPA Water Sense Partner
Irrigation Manager Brian has been with Quality since 1998. His expertise in all areas of irrigation practices make him a valuable asset to Quality Services. Brian’s extensive experience with commercial as well as residential system’s allows him to come up with a practical “ common sense” solution for property managers and homeowners. In his free time Brian enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth activities and playing golf.
Diahann Keyser, Office Manager
Diahann joined Quality Services in 2013. She holds two degrees in Office Management and Legal Assisting. She is also notary public. “Di”, as she is known, is married and the mother of 1 adult son. She is also the mother to 7 fur babies.
Michaela (Kayla) Shull, Customer Care Specialist
Before joining Quality, Kayla served in the Army National Guard for 4 years. Kayla has been modeling for two years, competed in New York as an actress, and lived in Los Angeles. Kayla’s hobbies include playing pool, darts and riding her Harley. She also enjoys being an aunt to her nephew.
